Still working on new song.  Just not the Silent Symphony; was not coming together the way I hoped.  Moving on!

Expect a more...classical approach.

Been a bit, but alas, it's been a busy week or two.

Because holy shit that rendered the first time super horribly.  There is more distortion than in previous tracks but it plays just fine in the studio...

Should be out by tomorrow or tonight.

Had a lot of fun with it, though it did take a lot more time and a lot mroe tweaking.  Another Silent Hill inspired track.  I like to think about the little stories on the side, who were affected by the disaster?  Directly or indirectly at least.  I think y'all will like it.  Should be out today.

Thought they ALL had to only and could only have 7 samples.  NOPE.  I can have more than 7. JFC I AM AN IDIOT.

Buuuut here's the thing.

I keep posting it in my audio: I have no idea what I'm doing.  I use Looplabs primarily for ALL of the stuff I've been creating recently.  It has apparently existed for quite some time, is a huge, huge collection of melodic synths, drums, percussion, etc...free to use as long as you have an account with Looplabs.  They allow me to use, create, remix, rehash, and allow people to download or remix whenever and whatever they choose.

Beyond that, I don't know what this means, in well a legal sense.  I did not make those little samples, I just remixed and rehashed the crap out of them to make something unique.  The fact that I'm allowed to share, download, or remix others works leads me to believe that I have some control  over the music I make.

That's why I uploaded them to Newgrounds.  So Disclaimer: I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'M DOING.  If people think it's good and legal enough to be scouted and whatnot, I fall to your expertise on the matter.

If y'all missed the update in the stream yesterday, here is an update to that. On June 24th, from 9AM to 9 PM MDST, I will be streaming to attempt to reach my goal on ExtraLife! What is extra life you ask? Here is a description from the site:

"Extra Life unites thousands of players around the world in a 24 hour gaming marathon to support Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. Since its inception in 2008, Extra Life has raised more than $30 million for local CMN Hospitals."

We will only be participating in a 12 hour stream, for this month, but plan to do more in the future. Whether I am successful or not, I will continue to stream for kids!

My hospital of choice is Doernbecher in Portland, near OHSU, it has helped my brother and my nephew's on dozens of occasions. They always tell me the experience, the part of doctors and administrations, is good, and I'd like to give the kids there.

Starting at 9AM, I will play for 12 consecutive hours, barring bathroom breaks, of course. For every 50$ donated, in mid stream, I'll take a bite of a hot pepper. I don't have a list yet, but I can guarantee, I'm a WIMP when it comes to hot foods, so it is sure to be interesting to say the least.

When, not if, but when we hit that 200$, y'all will have a choice....of what to do with my hair. Comment on my twitch, or here, on what style you want to see, and colors. Be as vague or specific as possible.
